Job Title: French Sales Executive – Business Development Representative
Salary : £23,000 - £26,000 + Commission
Location: Remote/Hybrid (Preference for candidates based in UK and fluent in French)
About Sliderfy:
At Sliderfy, we specialize in custom sliders and merchandise, offering premium-quality EVA foam soles and hand-stitched cushioned padded straps. Our clientele includes some of Europe’s biggest names, such as Amazon Prime, Samsung, and Honda. We’re now looking to expand our reach in France and are seeking a motivated French Sales Executive to grow our presence and connect with new and existing customers.
Role Summary:
As a French Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Sliderfy in the French market. Your mission is to build relationships, generate leads, and close deals with businesses looking for bespoke sliders and branded merchandise. You’ll work with a dynamic team to expand our customer base and establish Sliderfy as a leading supplier in France.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the French market.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upselling.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor pitches accordingly.
* Represent Sliderfy’s brand and products in a professional and compelling way.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
* Handle negotiations, prepare quotes, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
* Provide feedback to the product team to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with market needs.
Requirements:
* Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the merchandise or custom product industry.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.

Qualifications
* 1-2 years sales experience
* Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
