A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Head Chef to take the lead at a well-regarded private members' restaurant in South London. This is a hands-on role for a Head Chef who thrives in a premium casual dining environment, with full autonomy over menu development and a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The successful Head Chef will oversee a high-quality à la carte and bar snack offering, transitioning towards a refined club-style menu. With access to state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and a strong, supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity to lead a dynamic operation in a venue that values creativity and innovation.
