My client who is in the transport industry is looking for Service Desk Analyst to join the team on an initial 2-month assignment. details are as follows:
Role: Service Desk Analyst
Day rate: up to £220pd INSIDE IR35 depending on experience
Duration: 2 months with possible extension
Location: Scarborough - 2/3 days a week onsite, the rest WFH. This will not fully remote.
Requirements:
* You will be responsible for providing IT support to staff, as well as completing IT maintenance and other support tasks.
* Strong organisational skills
* Microsoft Office Troubleshooting
* Windows 10/11 Troubleshooting
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer Service Experience
