Kitchen Manager - What You’ll Be Doing:
* Coaching & Supporting: Inspire, mentor, and guide your team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
* Collaboration: Partner with the Venue Manager to maintain smooth operations and ensure the team thrives.
* Menu Development: Assist the Executive Chef with exciting seasonal menu updates, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* Operational Excellence: Take charge of kitchen management, maintaining high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
* Overseeing all aspects of the Back of House (BOH) operation.
* Controlling food margins through effective stock management

* Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager in either branded or independent kitchens.
