The Role:

* Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.
* Develop and execute seasonal menus, ensuring creativity, consistency, and high quality.
* Oversee kitchen operations, food costing, and stock management to drive efficiency and profitability.
* Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance.
* Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
* Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service and an outstanding guest experience.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovation and fresh ideas to the menu.
