Our DigitalPlus department is looking for a Sales Executive to join the team. You will conduct professional inbound and outbound communication with clients, offering new and renewable products that are available for their vehicle.

Location: Part of Third Floor, Kingswood House, 58-64 Baxter Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6BG
Working pattern: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with a rotating shift pattern of 9-5 and 11-7.
The role
The key responsibilities include:
* Proactively signing up policies for existing customer lists.
* Responsible for making high volumes of outbound calls.
* Increase customer loyalty.
* Find creative solutions to problems.
* Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
* Understand compliance.
* Provide excellent and friendly customer service.
* Maintain the relevant diary systems to ensure and manage customer contact times.
* Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of customers.
* Provide additional support and day-to-day account management to allocated customers.
* Ensure product explanations are accurate and complete.
* Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries and assist with retention of business.
* Other reasonable duties as required.
