Key Responsibilities:
Leading service, ensuring top quality of dished are being served
Supporting the head chef in all aspects of kitchen management
Bringing creativity to menus using fresh, seasonal produce
Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to create quality pub dishes
Adhere to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
A passion for classic British pub food with a modern twist
