Job Description
* Provide HR guidance and support to all staff within the organisation.
* Implement HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
* Support recruitment processes by assisting with job descriptions, interviews and selection.
* Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
* Coordinate with other departments to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
* Manage employee relations and onboarding and exit processes.
* Conduct regular performance and salary reviews.
