Job Description We have an exciting opportunity at Entain for an Executive Reward Manager. You will be working with the Head of Reward to provide support to the Reward function with a key focus on Entain’s Remuneration Committee and other Regulatory filing requirements. You have the opportunity to shape the function and develop best in class processes, making sure we’re meeting our reporting and governance obligations. Being a trusted advisor and in-house expert on all things executive reward and governance Building strong and collaborative relationships with colleagues in other teams such as Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Tax and Finance. Establishing a reporting framework and process to provide regular updates and information to our Remuneration Committee on remuneration practices in the wider workforce Drafting papers for the Remuneration Committee, across all aspects of the executive remuneration cycle. Obtaining input and approval from internal stakeholders and external advisors, providing a high-quality service to the Committee, supporting great decision making Drafting the Directors’ Remuneration Report and liaising with our external advisors to ensure compliance and continual improvement to our external remuneration reporting Collating all data for inclusion in the DRR and other regulatory filing requirements and being responsible for obtaining sign off from our auditors Working closely with the Head of Reward to establish process for data collation for the DRR, RemCo, Gender Pay Gap and liaising with our external advisors to ensure compliance and continual improvement to our external remuneration reporting Takes the lead on Compensation deliverables and supports projects including RFP for the various platforms Support annual pay review discussions, supporting HR Business Partners in considering and discussing market competitiveness, internal pay equity etc. Designs and delivers training on executive reward topics Works with business stakeholders to ensure understanding and interpretation of mandatory local compensation requirements (e.g. application of UK NLW) Creates clear and effective communications Keeps abreast of legislative changes in reward and external market trends through surveys and benchmarking and highlights existing reward policies and procedures that may be impacted
