About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Export Sales Executive to support the continued development of Domino’s export business in both existing and new international territories. The role involves delivering exceptional service, managing customer inquiries, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, along with knowledge of the jewellery industry and manufacturing processes.
This role is perfect for someone confident in building relationships, naturally curious about exploring new markets, and eager to take ownership of their responsibilities. Adapting to diverse customer needs, multitasking efficiently, and maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor are essential for success.
Role Responsibilities
* Supporting the growth of export business in line with our commercial strategy.
* Building close working and long term customer relationships by understanding their differing needs and being open to adapting our approach to retain and develop business.
* Managing day to day enquiries and supporting needs of our customers, ensuring customer interactions are smooth and timely to maintain a high level of customer service.
* Conducting market research into existing and new territories to help identify trends and opportunities.
* Supporting the Export Manager at international exhibitions, presenting a confident, positive and approachable demeanor with visitors to our stand to assist with our lead generation strategy.
* Driving new sales opportunities by providing inbound lead follow up in a timely manner, routing qualified opportunities to the Export Manager.
* Liaising with our marketing department to support our export marketing strategy.
* Working with the Export Manager to input into the development of our ongoing strategy for export.

* Confident using Microsoft Office packages.
* Adept at using Customer Relationship management systems (CRM)
* Experience in an export role is an advantage.
* Additional European languages are an advantage.
This role will involve overseas travel to visit and exhibit at international trade shows and, in time, potentially visit customers internationally or in new territories for market research purposes.

Location:
* Birmingham (3-8 Vyse Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6LT)
Salary:
* Negotiable/dependent on experience
Working Hours:
* 37.5 hours per week, 08:00 – 16:00. Hybrid work available once established.
