1st Line IT Support - ServiceNow experience Our client is looking for Service Desk Analyst with strong (and recent) experience of ServiceNow. The role is initially a 3 month contract with a view to extend long term thereafter. This role will be based 3 days on site so ideally you will be commutable from Maidstone. The role will be supporting several hundred users so a previous background working in large corporate style environment would be a distinct advantage. You will be responsible for providing first line technical assistance and support to end-users and assisting with troubleshooting software and hardware issues. The role requires someone who is immediately available or at short notice due to the urgency of the role. Inside IR35 Hybrid working available Market Rates - Depending on Experience Key skills/experience ServiceNow experience – Essential Previous experience in a similar 1st Line / Service Desk / IT Helpdesk Support capacity Strong & in-depth technical knowledge covering Microsoft technologies Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely technical support to end-users Excellent problem-solving & troubleshooting skills with excellent internal Customer Service skills Excellent communication skills Any experience of the following would be highly desirable: Intune, MDM or BOYD.
