Our client, who is an awardwinning financial service provider based in Cheadle. Is looking to recruit a Inbound Sales Executive. The role will pay up to £33,000, a 50% bonus which is paid quarterly and comes with a full benefits package.
Good to note: This is an inbound role with no cold calling involved. Sales experience is not needed, as full training is provided.
As an Inbound Sales Executive, you will deliver outstanding service both on the phone and via written communication with key mortgage brokers to build strong relationships. You will work with Account Managers to drive sales and ensure that KPIs are met.
What is expected of the Inbound Sales Executive?
* Respond to inbound intermediary telephony enquiries, giving exceptional customer service in relation to product and criteria information
* Work closely with Account Managers, supporting the delivery of Account Plans by making proactive outbound calls to key intermediary partners to drive sales
* Update the Account Managers with regular feedback from the brokers and in terms of the market, helping the account managers to identify new opportunities.
* Identify intermediary needs, clarify information and provide accurate solutions across all product offerings
* Present a professional image of the company to deliver a positive broker experience throughout the broker journey.
