UK HR Director
Our client is a fast growth, leading European Asset Management business. As a result of ongoing international growth, the business is seeking to appoint a UK HR Director, based in UK.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in HR Business Partnering and Talent Management processes with a proven track record in a fast-paced, international, high-performance environment.
Role
1. Support the development of HR policies, procedures, and systems to support the growth of the UK business
2. Manage onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives.
3. Contribute to developing and executing the group’s talent strategy to support the organisation’s growth.
4. Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations.
5. Manage and drive strategic talent attraction and management policies.
6. Serve as a strategic and active contributor to the HR team, advising on HR best practices.
7. Contribute actively to diversity and inclusion initiatives
8. Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
