Your new company: An exciting opportunity for a Reward specialist in the role of Reward Manager. This is a global law firm with over 60 offices in more than 35 countries and 5,000+ lawyers worldwide.
Your new role: You will:
* Create, implement and maintain reward frameworks.
* Support the development and implementation of the Total Reward Strategy, performance management, reward, benefits, and pensions.
* Reward projects will include agreeing a pay deal/pay increases, utilising data to understand what competitors are paying, internal mobility, and looking at the offering to retain employees.
* Ensuring reward offerings are competitive and aligned with market trends.
What you'll need to succeed: You will be an experienced Reward Specialist with experience within a professional services or at least in a corporate environment, and with experience of a large-scale system delivery project or similar change initiative. This role will suit an experienced individual who has a strong process improvement background, with compensation and benefits experience. A confident and calm manner with an understanding of wider commercial drivers will be useful.
* Excellent Excel Skills (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Macros)
* Experience of VBA and SQL desirable or willingness to learn
* Experience of job evaluation, job matching, and bonus framework design
* Experience of developing reporting requirements to capture complex reward information
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* High level awareness of GDPR and data governance
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
