Complaints Handler
Location: Hybrid / Bracknell
This is a temporary assignment which is ongoing.
Salary: £28,300 - £28,350 per annum
Hours of work: 37 hours per week – 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a very well-established and fast-growing organisation based in Bracknell.
Our client is looking to recruit Complaints Handlers / Customer Relations Officers to join their busy team on a temporary basis immediately.
Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a specialist complaints department to deal with customers who have a complaint or who are disgruntled with the service provided.
2. Respond to and resolve customer complaints and escalations.
3. Liaise with internal departments and third parties to manage the enquiry with professionalism.
4. Provide solutions to customers within satisfactory timescales.
5. Ensure feedback is provided to the appropriate Line Manager regarding the outcome of a complaint.
6. Follow up with the customer if necessary to ensure a bad situation is turned into a positive one.
7. Respond to customers’ needs in person and via email.
The Ideal Complaints Handler will have:
1. Demonstrable experience in Complaints & Resolution or have worked within a customer service role managing complaints.
2. Excellent English skills with strong letter writing abilities.
3. Confidence and authority on the phone.
4. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
5. Ability to prioritise workload.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Strong customer service and telephone skills.
8. Good negotiating skills.
