Responsibilities
1. Handling inbound enquiries via phone & email, ensuring a professional and friendly approach.
2. Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable van options from our extensive range.
3. Providing detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and finance options.
4. Guiding customers through the sales process from initial enquiry to final purchase.
5. Conducting follow-ups with potential customers to maximise conversion rates.
6. Working towards and exceeding personal and team sales targets.
7. Negotiating pricing and finance deals to close sales effectively.
8. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
9. Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.
10. Delivering outstanding customer service to ensure a positive buying experience.
11. Handling any post-sale queries professionally and efficiently.
