Job Description As Head Chef you will have a passion to deliver exceptional food to our guests. Developing excellent menus including weekly specials & seasonal promotions to delight our customers. You will take a leading role in the training and supervision of the team keeping accurate HR records and developing the skills set of the brigade. With an eye for detail you will work closely with all departments to monitor business levels and ensure appropriate staffing and stock levels are maintained. Supervise and manage kitchen team. Working with the team to ensure that all service areas are delivering exceptional service which is prompt, professional and friendly Ensure compliance with food safety laws & procedures Understand & implement the safer food better business protocols & HACCAP policies including but not limited to stock rotation, cleaning schedules & allergen tracking Monitor customer satisfaction & take appropriate action Regular seek feedback from the front of house staff regarding menu quality, popular dishes & taking corrective action for any food related guest complaints. Oversee daily operations to ensure that all aspects of the kitchen run smoothly Preparing, cooking & presenting a range of dishes to the agreed specification, completing cleaning tasks & monitoring tasks completed by the team, placing orders for stock & other administrative duties
