Working for a leading global FMCG brand.
In this exciting role, you will be working as part of a team on an industry-leading change program as a Learning Systems Manager. Reporting to the Learning and Development Director, you will be responsible for embedding a new learning operating model within the business.
You will be responsible for:
1. HR process development for implementing the new learning management system.
2. Developing new ways of working.
3. Running workshops and focus groups.
4. Communicating and engaging stakeholders on new learning offerings.
5. Creating systems training material.
6. Delivering content and running train-the-trainer sessions.
To apply for this role, it is essential that you have:
1. Operated at pace in a global matrix business supporting Learning and Development/Talent and wider HR change programs.
2. Managed HR process design.
3. Evidenced experience of designing learning interventions.
4. Experience of implementing a new learning management system.
It is essential that you have excellent stakeholder management skills and can influence and engage at a senior level. Additionally, you must be able to start in February 2025 and commit to the contract duration, working weekly in a hybrid manner from the Central London office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
