Working for a leading global FMCG brand.
In this exciting role, you will be working as part of a team on an industry-leading change program as a Learning Systems Manager. Reporting to the Learning and Development Director, you will be responsible for embedding a new learning operating model within the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. HR process development for implementing the new learning management system.
2. Developing new ways of working.
3. Running workshops and focus groups.
4. Communicating and engaging stakeholders on new learning offerings.
5. Creating systems training material and delivering this content.
6. Running train the trainer sessions.
To apply for this role, it is essential that you have:
1. Operated at pace in a global matrix business.
2. Supported Learning and Development/Talent and wider HR change programs.
3. Managed HR process design.
4. Experience in designing learning interventions.
5. Experience in running train the trainer sessions.
6. Experience implementing a new learning management system.
It is essential that you have excellent stakeholder management skills and can quickly influence and engage at a senior level. You must also be able to start a new role in February 2025 and commit to the contract duration, working weekly in a hybrid manner from the Central London office.
