A not-for-profit charity based in London is looking for an Interim HR Director to lead a team in a strategic capacity. The role offers hybrid working with one day a week in London. The position will be for an initial 3 or 4 months with a start date in December.

Description
The Interim HR Director will:
1. Provide strategic leadership to continue the delivery of the HR function.
2. Provide leadership to a wider HR team.
3. Support the HR team after a period of change.
4. Support the organisation through organisational change.
5. Coach, advise, and guide managers to support the delivery of strategic priorities.
6. Lead on the strategic side of HR with a focus on culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
7. Lead on organisational development initiatives.
8. Develop and embed a high-performing culture, creating an inclusive work environment.
9. Support with the TUPE of commissioned services and the renewal of any contracts.
10. Support the onboarding of a new CEO.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous experience of leading an HR team in a not-for-profit organisation.
2. Experience of implementing a people strategy and strategic initiatives.
3. Experience of leading cultural and DEI programs.
4. Availability to start from December.
5. Charity experience essential.
Job Offer

£400-500 per day: working 4 days a week
