Key Responsibilities
* Candidate Sourcing: Resource relevant candidates for your clients and forward plan to ensure a steady pipeline of potential candidates.
* Client Management: Proactively communicate with clients to identify their current and anticipated needs, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
* Database Management: Maintain and increase our candidate database by delivering regular contact frequency, spec calls, and actions according to expectations.
* Digital Platform Optimization: Utilize social media and other digital platforms to establish new connections and drive business growth.
* International Talent Opportunities: Explore international talent opportunities as a client solution to expand our reach and expertise.
* Business Planning: Develop and implement an achievable annual desk business plan to reflect sales growth revenue and meet productivity targets.
Requirements
* Industry Insight: Possess knowledge and insight into the food industry, including trends, challenges, legislation, competitors, and local knowledge.
* Compliance: Adhere to standards and processes related to compliance and appropriate legislation.
