Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef at San Marcos Topping Street, located in Blackpool. The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head chef in the day-to-day kitchen operations, preparing and cooking dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met. Working closely with the owner's family recipes (these must not be changed!).
Qualifications
* Experience in culinary arts and food preparation
* Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety regulations
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with good communication skills
* Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
