The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growing business.
The Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. To monitor and manage the level of live vacancies, work with the operations teams on proactive recruitment strategies, and build a strong pipeline of internal and external candidates. Take an active lead on recruitment & retention projects, ensuring recruitment processes and best practice retention activities are embedded fully across any current and future hotels.
This position requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Job Postings and Employer Branding: Create and manage job postings and advertising campaigns to reach potential candidates. Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company culture, values, and opportunities through various marketing initiatives.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the strategy of full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Optimise the use of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies.
Talent Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify and develop internal talent, creating opportunities for growth and advancement.
Skill and Experience Requirements
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
* Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency with ATS and other HR software
* Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and able to produce quality reports
* Good planning and excellent organisation skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Calm and organised manner to be able to meet deadlines
* High level of professionalism and integrity.
