Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive responsible for outbound and inbound sales prospecting. Rather than trying to close deals, your work will revolve around generating and qualifying new leads and booking for a BDM to sell the product and conduct the demonstration.
As a Sales Executive you will:
1. Be responsible for achieving monthly KPIs input & output metrics.
2. Ensure the pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sales journey.
3. Lead from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BDM.
4. Work with autonomy to structure your day to optimize performance.
5. Be an expert in our products and services to ensure a solution-led & consultative approach to sales.
6. Be a trusted adviser to ensure a consultative and solution-led approach to product proposals.
7. Engage and communicate professionally with decision-makers at a senior level.
8. Build effective relationships with existing customers through probing questioning, clarification, and language.
9. Add value by positively and enthusiastically discussing our company, brand, values, and products & services to ensure that a professional image is always provided to customers and colleagues.
10. Self-generate opportunities through social selling and prospect/client referrals.
To be considered for this role:
1. Proven experience in sales, or a recent graduate who has phone experience.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Pro-active and self-motivated attitude towards working toward targets.
4. Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and tenacious nature.
5. A professional and intelligent approach to work.
6. Good business acumen, articulate, able to self-manage.
7. Ambitious with the determination to succeed.

1. £25,000 OTE £60,000 per annum - guaranteed £300 per month bonus in first 3 months.
