Training Manager
Location: Solihull, Hybrid (with some nationwide travel)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000pa +£5k Car Allowance

About the Role:
As a Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's success by developing and implementing comprehensive training programs. You will ensure compliance with industry regulations, enhance employee skills, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a small training team Develop and deliver tailored training programs Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards Enhance employee skill sets and knowledge base Foster a culture of continuous learning and development Contribute to operational efficiency and safety standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs Previous leadership or managerial experience Strong instructional design and training delivery skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness.
