The role of a Project Delivery Tester and Administrator is to collaborate closely with Customer Experience project teams to assist in delivering product improvements for internal and external facing applications developed by the company.
In this role, you will aid the development team throughout the development cycle, including requirements gathering, story reviews, sprint planning and will be accountable for managing User Acceptance Testing for releases and new projects, as well as ensuring existing functionality continues to work as new functionality is introduced.
Additionally, you will manage essential system administration tasks, including running exception reports for billing cycles, managing Direct Debit processes such as extracts, payment postings, and processing rejections, as well as executing routine daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintain smooth system operations.
This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure high-quality project outcomes and operational efficiency.
