Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service.
2. Lead, support, and motivate front-of-house staff.
3. Personally take customer feedback and orders, ensuring guest satisfaction.
4. Maintain high service standards and team performance.
5. Train and mentor staff to enhance service quality.
6. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
7. Assist with stock control and ordering as needed.
8. Work closely with management to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
2. Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality is essential.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Hands-on approach, leading by example on the floor.
5. Strong customer focus, engaging with guests and handling feedback professionally.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
7. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
