Gelupo, arguably the best artisanal gelateria in London, is looking for a passionate and innovative Head Chef to join the team.
Established in 2010 by Victor Hugo and chef Jacob Kenedy, Gelupo makes uncompromisingly delicious gelato from the finest ingredients, fresh every day.
Nestled in the heart of London's vibrant Soho, for over a decade Gelupo is renowned for creating the most exquisite gelato this side of the Alps.
Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our small kitchen team. The ideal person will take immense pride in their craft and leadership skills and be committed to the growth of the gelateria and its offerings. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
You would love your application if you’re an accomplished head chef with:
· Experience in gelato production, with a minimum of 5 years in a chef role.
· Strong commitment to rigorous cleaning processes and paperwork procedures.
· A passion for gelato and desserts
· The ability to lead and mentor a team
· Proven track record in developing new flavours and products.

· Between £45k – £55k, dependent on experience
