We're on a mission and our people are the heart and soul of our success. The Talent Acquisition Manager (Product & Tech) is a newly created position in the group initially on a 6 month FTC. The Talent Acquisition Manager will working closely with the Group Head of TA you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and securing the best and brightest minds to join our journey. You will focus on leading across Product & Tech and support functions and have the opportunity to partner with our amazing teams globally across the Wireless Logic Group. The Secret Sauce:
* Recruitment Rockstar Status: Strong previous experience in talent acquisition leading the end-to-end process ideally with a strong network across at least one of the following specialisms; Sales, Marketing, Product or Tech. Bonus points if you have previous experience of recruiting in the IoT, telecommunications or wider Tech Software sectors.
* Sourcing & Engagement Guru: You're a true expert in the art of sourcing and recruitment strategies, with a deep understanding of how to create an engaging experience

1) TA Superstar! Aim to directly fill at least 50-60 roles over an annual period
2) Innovate – Lead, manage or support on the completion of at least one project that elevates the TA Team
