As head chef you will lead the back of house team in our recently renovated kitchen set across three rooms including hot kitchen, pastry kitchen and prep room. With these assets plus more you will be responsible for crafting the food offer for the business with Sam and your exec chef using beautiful seasonal products to create exciting and skilled menus to delight our guests.
