Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales deals. Through proactive outreach via phone, video, and in-person meetings, you'll showcase the benefits of monday.com’s platform and guide new clients through the sales process.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a genuine passion for technology and a proactive approach to securing new business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new leads into customers, actively managing them through the sales cycle
* Conduct product demos and articulate the platform's value via phone, email, and online
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and update the sales pipeline
* Negotiate and close sales with new customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
* Identify fresh business opportunities within the market and stay informed about industry trends
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements
* 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with SaaS or software solutions
* Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
* Clear, professional telephone manner with excellent customer engagement skills
* Proficient with IT, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems
* Full UK driving license and right to work in the UK
Preferred Skills
* Prior experience in SaaS sales is an advantage
* Strong communication and presentation abilities
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-centric approach
