We are recruiting for a company at the forefront of fibre optic interconnect solutions who are seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is a remote-based role covering the UK and Ireland, offering an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technology and drive growth in an expanding market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share across the UK and Ireland
2. Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities
3. Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
4. Work closely with the internal design and engineering teams to offer tailored solutions
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity
6. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in new business development and increasing sales in current accounts.
2. Experience selling fibre optic connectors and/or cables
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
