I am currently on the lookout for talented and experienced Sous Chefs in the Colchester area, as we have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with multiple sites close by this region. As a Sous Chef, you will serve as the second-in-command in the kitchen, assisting the Head Chef with daily operations. You will be responsible for upholding the Head Chef's vision for the restaurant and overseeing kitchen activities in their absence.
Responsibilities of Sous Chef
* Planning and directing food preparation and cooking
* Supervising and training kitchen staff
* Ensuring food quality and presentation
* Ordering supplies and managing costs
* Creating new dishes for the menu
* Monitoring inventory
* Ensuring the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations
