What Youll Be Doing: Design, build and manage scalable and secure data pipelines. Own and optimise the ETL process, ensuring high-quality and reliable data flows. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions. Work with large-scale streaming and batch data sources. Create documentation, data models and visualisations to communicate data relationships. Champion best practices in data governance, security and architecture. What Youll Need: Experience with Kafka this is essential. Strong understanding of ETL concepts, data integration and transformation best practices. Proficient in SQL and Python. Familiarity with cloud platforms. Comfortable working with data visualisation tools. Experience designing or contributing to data warehouses/lakes. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, self-starting approach.
