Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
* Creating a wide array of delicious dishes to be served to up to 1500 guests
* Working closely alongside the talented Head Chef to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
* Going above and beyond to elevate your kitchen management and culinary skills
* Passing on your culinary knowledge and expertise to the junior chefs in the brigade
