Salary & Commission:
* A competitive salary of £24,000-27,000 depending on experience OTE of £55,000-60,000
* Uncapped commission and realistic targets to ensure you increase your earnings
* Guaranteed commission for your first 3 months
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for generating new business mobile sales for Aerial Direct by selling O2 mobile products. Leads are generated from warm inbound PPC and lead generation. Cold calling is not required. You will also be responsible for generating fixed line opportunities for Aerial Direct's fixed line department from the customers you have converted on mobile.
What you'll be doing:
* Follow script and sales processes provided by Aerial Direct
* Proactively following up leads ensuring targets and KPI’s are met
* Convert inbound lead opportunities
* Take and process orders in an accurate manner
* Go above and beyond to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* To provide world class sales journey and after sales care.
* Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

It would be great if you had:
* B2B Sales experience within a professional environment
* Preferably within telephone sales / call centre
