The Job Role
o A fresh food operation with British gastro style menu.
o The Head Chef will be providing fresh food standards across a restaurant setting, including lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
o To manage, train and develop an enthusiastic stable team of 8
o The Head Chef will be developing the menus to drive local trade
o Compliance forms a big part of the role so the Head Chef will have accountability from a H&S perspective.
