Ashley Kate are searching for a National Training Manager to join dynamic and growing team. This is a fully field-based role, requiring extensive travel throughout the UK & Ireland, with occasional international trips to Germany and Switzerland. You'll be responsible for coaching and training the companies Branch Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Advisors to achieve peak performance within the direct sales business.
This is an exciting opportunity to:
· Lead the development of our sales force: You'll be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering engaging training solutions, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing success.
