HR Generalist (3-Month Contract – Remote/Bristol-Based) Location: Predominantly Remote (Bristol-based business) Salary: Circa £33,000 pro rata Contract: 3 months Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for your next contract opportunity? We’re working with a dynamic organisation that requires immediate HR support for a key transition project. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for a confident HR professional with strong TUPE and restructuring experience. The Role As an HR Generalist, you will work closely with an HR Consultant to support a TUPE in project and subsequent restructuring programme. Your responsibilities will include: Providing guidance on TUPE processes, employee consultations, and associated HR policies Supporting the HR Consultant in preparing documentation and communications Assisting with restructuring activities, including employee engagement and compliance with UK employment law Ensuring a smooth transition and effective people management during organisational change About You To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience in TUPE in projects and restructuring within the UK Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices A relevant HR qualification (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with key stakeholders Why Apply?
