The Person
We are seeking a Partnership Lead to join our expanding team based in Doncaster. Your key responsibilities will include:
* To identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting potential sellers.
* Ensure all communication is recorded in HubSpot and the CRM system is used to its full potential
* Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
* Present NCM Auctions’ services to potential clients and demonstrate how we can maximize the value of their assets.
* Achieve call and sales targets ultimately contributing to the company’s growth.
* Support other departments and have a cross-departmental attitude
* Provide sales reports/updates to senior management
Qualifications:
* 2 years recent and proven sales experience, preferably in asset management or auctions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
* Ideally knowledge of various industries, including vehicles, plant machinery, commercial equipment, and more.
* Commercial and tenacious
