As mentioned in the Michelin Guide they are a culinary gem in the heart of Surrey. Their award-winning restaurant is a celebration of fine dining, where excellence meets local elegance. The traditional pub interior was redesigned to still offer warmth and keep the original character and features for an exqisite dining environment. The recent re-design of the courtyard will come to life in Summer 2024 with a new menu and outside bar. The Role Our client are currently looking for the right candidate at Chef de partie or Sous Chef level CDP- £30-34k Junior Sous £34-37K Sous £35-40K An ideal candidate will be someone with a building career, that has worked in rosette kitchens, good food based pubs, in a busy environment, and had good training in their previous kitchens. You will be joining a talented team. You will work within a full team of 8-9 chefs producing a menu that focuses on the best ingredients that Surrey supplies, changing regularly with the best in season.
