We are seeking a dedicated, passionate individual who can enhance patient experience through excellent attention to detail, customer service, patient support, compliance, and administration in our non-facing Pharmacy.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Act as a first point of contact for all patient queries and communication, answering with excellent patient approach, care, and manner.
2. Take incoming and outbound telephone calls and email tickets from various stakeholder groups, following up where necessary.
3. Support patients with their prescription queries via phone, live chats, and tickets with a best-in-class service.
4. Proactively engage with patients regarding their medication where necessary.
5. Maintain thorough and accurate records of all patient data and prescription information, inclusive of notes being added on all platforms in a timely manner.
6. Proactively communicate with patients at any stage to provide information and updates about any given situation.
7. Accuracy check patient data and upload onto the company platform.
8. Escalate concerns relating to patient prescriptions while minimizing delay to patients.
9. Update controlled drug register in line with regulatory requirements.
10. Manage stock, including rotation, ordering, disposal, and checks.
11. Ensure that GDPR and GPhC regulations are adhered to at all times.
12. Remain up to date with industry and GPhC regulation changes.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Ideally 1 year’s experience working within a pharmacy.
* Experience in medicinal cannabis preferred but not essential.
* Experience working within a customer service-based role.
* Patient-centric, passionate about delivering best-in-class service.
* Confident working autonomously.
* Resilient, calm, and empathetic.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and third-party software.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be utilized for both internal and external audiences.
* Strong organisational and planning skills; able to manage multiple responsibilities.
* Strong time management skills.
