If you're eager to dive into a high-volume outreach role and progress towards account management, this is the perfect opportunity About the Role: As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify new sales opportunities, drive outreach campaigns, and establish relationships with potential clients across the UK. You’ll engage with leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, email, and phone, and follow up with individuals who attend our hosted webinars. Once you've built relationships and qualified leads, you will pass the account to one of our Account Managers to take over. Key Responsibilities: - New Business Sales: Identify potential leads and engage with them to build strong relationships. - Lead Generation & Outreach: Use LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and other methods to proactively reach out to prospects, generating high-quality leads. - Webinar Follow-up: Host and follow up with attendees to secure follow-up appointments and build a solid pipeline. - Collaboration: Work alongside the accounts and marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies. - Pass Qualified Accounts: Once relationships are established, pass accounts to Account Managers for continued nurturing. - Hunt for Leads: Continuously hunt for and identify new business opportunities through various sales activities. Key Requirements: - Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience (ideal for someone with junior sales experience who is eager to step up). - Proactive & Results-driven: Ability to hunt for new leads and manage a high volume of outreach. - Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media. - Tech-savvy: Comfortable with using LinkedIn, CRM systems, and basic marketing tools to assist in your outreach. - Desire for Growth: Looking to progress into account management after the first 12 months, with a focus on selling software.
