Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic company based in Central London to help them secure an IT Support Analyst/AV Technical Support Engineer for an initial 6 month FTC.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as first point of call for IT queries.
2. Log and resolve incidents.
3. Work within an ITIL environment.
4. Support and manage an AV (audio visual) environment.
5. Installation and configuration of hardware & software.
Tech Stack: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory admin, Poly audio Visual equipment, Handheld device support, etc.
Work Schedule: You will be required to work in the office 5 days per week.
