What you’ll bring to the role
5. Love every customer that walks through the door, sends you an email or calls you to talk about buying a car
6. Learn about your customers, it’s the small details that make a difference. Remembering how someone takes their coffee may make someone’s day!
7. Help us achieve our targets by supporting customers to buy a new or used car that’s right for them
8. Work individually and as part of a team to keep potential and existing customers up to date by sending videos and checking in with any updates
9. Hand over the keys and watch with delight as they experience that ‘new car’ smell.

We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), as we advise on and sell finance and insurance products. As this role includes FCA regulated activities, we will ask you to complete an FCA questionnaire as part of our recruitment process.
