Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity with one of the UK’s top AAA Developers to help steer their recruitment strategy going forwards. We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Talent to lead the talent acquisition and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the video games industry, a proven track record in recruiting top-tier talent, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth. You will also act as the face and voice of the studios recruitment brand at industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across all disciplines, including game design, programming, art, and marketing.
* Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to position the studio as a top employer in the games industry, leveraging social media, industry events, and other platforms.
* Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives and long-term goals.
* Industry Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and recruitment agencies to stay ahead of talent trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the video games industry.
* Strong understanding of the video games industry and its talent landscape.
* Proven ability to develop and execute effective talent strategies.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
