THE SOUS CHEF
Our client's line chef is always looking to get involved… From prep to presentation, you work fast to wow our guests.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Cooking fresh dishes for large numbers of guests every day
2. Keeping every dish to our client's exceptional standards
3. Helping out all other chefs, as and when required.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
1. You have a number of years of relevant experience in a sous chef position - ideally with Asian cuisine.
2. Excellent knife and food preparation skills
3. Attention to detail and a passionate personality.
4. Able to work creatively in a high-paced atmosphere.
5. Innovative, creative and flexible approach to traditional cuisines.
