You will be pivotal in monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins and will implement and maintain strict food safety and health and safety protocols to ensure statutory compliance.

Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years of experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume, hospitality environment
* Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Degree or diploma in culinary arts or equivalent experience
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
