About the team
Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensure Mazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business.
The primary aim of the Learning and Development department is to deliver quality learning and development in a well-coordinated way that will have a positive impact of career development and performance.
About the role
1. In your role you'll play a key part ensuring that learning and development products are designed and developed to address business needs, to have a positive impact on performance/career development. You'll lead on learning projects covering all areas of quality design, development, and implementation.
2. Providing specialist guidance on the most appropriate learning solution, timeframes and effort required from all stakeholders (internal team and subject matter experts)
3. Apply design thinking/instructional design to the design and development of learning interventions with the appropriate resources to deliver impact in the business.
4. Participate in content, design, and review meetings to ensure that the best quality content and outcomes is achieved.
5. Apply appropriate assessment strategies to measure the impact of the learning using the Kirkpatrick Evaluation model as a base in the context of the Mazars UK evaluation strategy
What are we looking for?
6. Experience in a similar role
7. Working knowledge on the principles of learning design, Kirkpatrick Evaluation model and designing end-to-end learner/user experiences
8. Digital Skills – MS Office and SharePoint, eLearning authoring tools e.g. Articulate 360 Rise, and experience working with Audio/Video content.
9. Learning Design – Project Scoping, Scripting, Storyboarding, Quality Assurance (QA)
10. Data analysis and reporting - interpret client requirements to be able to deliver effective learning solutions, using metrics/data to measure the impact of the learning.
11. Strong time & project management skills
