About the Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Supporting the Head Chef, you will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, leading the team, and delivering exceptional dishes. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes, following brand standards.
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and waste management.
* Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs.
* Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met.
* Contribute to menu development and innovation.
* Support cost control and work within budget targets.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Junior Sous Chef ready to step up.
* Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Experience working in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
* Knowledge of stock management and cost control.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Food safety and hygiene qualifications (Level 2 or above preferred).
