Your Role:
As the Events Head Chef, you'll be at the forefront of culinary creativity and event execution. You'll lead a passionate kitchen team, crafting extraordinary menus and delivering exceptional dining experiences that match my client's world-class reputation. From collaborating with talented chefs to working closely with front-of-house staff, you'll be driving excellence and innovation every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Execution: Curate and execute jaw-dropping menus for a variety of events, ensuring every bite is as memorable!
2. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire your kitchen team, providing direction and motivation to create an exceptional, collaborative work environment.
3. Quality Control: Work with the Executive Chef to ensure every dish is delivered with impeccable consistency, taste, and presentation.
4. Inventory & Stock Management: Keep everything running smoothly by managing stock levels, placing orders, and maintaining a steady flow of fresh ingredients.
5. Health & Safety: Lead by example in ensuring the kitchen adheres to the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
6. Training & Development: Shape the future of your team by mentoring, training, and providing growth opportunities to the next generation of culinary talent.
7. Logistics & Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure all equipment and supplies are seamlessly integrated into event plans.
8. Communication: Foster strong relationships across all departments, ensuring smooth operations and that all safety and dietary requirements are met with precision.
